Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel
Day 02: Half day sightseeing in Kathmandu.
Day 03: Drive to Bensisahar (820m.)
Day 04: Trek to Bahundanda (1390m.)
Day 05: Trek to Chamje (1514m.)
Day 06: Trek to Bagarchhap (2160m.)
Day 07: Trek to Koto/Nar Phu valley first Camp (2740m.)
Day 08: Trek to Sinhenge Dharamsala (3230m.)
Day 09: Trek to Upper Chaku Village (3720m.)
Day 10: Trek to Phu Village (3980m.)
Day 11: Acclimatization day in Phu Village:
Day 12: Trek to Nar Camp site (3550m.):
Day 13: Trek to Kang La Phedi (4530m.):
Day 14: Trek to Ngawal (3350m.):
Day 15: Trek to Manang (3540m.):
Day 16: Trek to Khangsar Khola (3740m.), 4-5 hours:

Day 19: Traverse Mesh Khanto Pass (5099m.) and descend to Yak Kharka(4640m.)
Day 21: Fly back to Pokhara.
Day 22: Fly back to Kathmandu.

Trip Cost Include
Airport / Hotel / Airport pick up & drop by private car / van / bus. Flight. Standard accommodation in four/five star hotel in Kathmandu breakfast included. Full board meal during camping trek, prepared by our experience cook with Tea & coffee.
Twin sharing tented accommodation and equipments during the camping trek. Provided waterproof two men doom tent, dining tents, kitchen gears, table, chairs, toilet tents, shower tent etc.)
A local government licensed holder English speaking Guide during the trek with cook, required number of porters, their food, accommodation, salary, insurance, equipments, medicine and transportation. Boiled and purifies drinking water for the trek. All trekking permits & special restricted area permit. Surface Transfer to and from Kathmandu and First aid medical kid. All the government taxes.

Nepal entry visa fee (US$ 30 per person) you obtain a visa easily upon your arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport Kathmandu for 60 days from date of issue. You will require two passport size photos. Items of a personal nature such as alcoholic drinks, cold drinks, laundry. Personal trekking Equipments. Tips for trekking staff and driver. (Tipping is expected.)
