Payment

If you have involved to reserve any package with High Spirits Treks Nepal, you should follow the following terms and conditions for the payment.

Terms & Conditions:

• 30-50 % of total amount of the package should be paid at the time of reservation.
• The payment can be done by two ways:
    1.   Bank Transfer
    2.   Credit Cards/ VISA Cards
• Any charges regarding the transfer of payment should be paid by the visitors.
• Rest amount will be taken upon the arrival of visitor in Kathmandu, High Spirits Office.

Cancellation:

• If you want to cancel your reservation before one month, only 10% of the paid amount will be charged for the cancellation.
• If you want to cancel your reservation before15 days, 20% of the total amount will be charged for the cancellation.
• If you want to cancel your reservation before one week, 50% of the total amount will be charged for the cancellation.
