The world famous Everest Base Camp trekking is popular for the diverse scenarios of Eastern Himalayas around Mt. Everest and the exploration of Sherpa cultural upland. It is a trek through the Khumbu region, which is a desirous and enticing trip. The lofty peak, Mt. Everest and its surrounding panoramas draw trekkers from different parts of the world to discover the hidden valleys, mountains and natural diversities of the Sagarmatha National Park.

We fly to Lukla (2827 meters) with spectacular views of the mountains to start our Everest panorama trekking Beginning from the Lukla through the trail upward to Dudh Koshi River leads the Everest base camp trekkers to the Sherpa capital, which is also known as the Khumbu region via Jorsalle. Namche Bazaar is a place of the contact zone, suitable for acclimatization and hiking around Khumjung. We hike to Tengboche monastery, the most famous in Everest region via the different route of Monla, Phortse to witness the mt. Choyu and Pangboche village to explore the  the oldest monastery in the whole Everest region. Tengboche is rewarded with the views of Everest soaring behind Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Kangtega, Tawache on south east.Trekking through the northeast ridge, it brings you to Tengboche through the Juniper and rhododendron forest. The monastery is nicely protected and Mani Rimdu is the renowned festival celebrated in this place on the full moon around October and November. It is then the gradual climb through the glacial moraine and cliffs prevailed trail.

The Everest base camp is a hike from Gorakshep, which is the lap of the world’s highest peak-Everest. Hundreds of climbers stay with camping in the Everest climbing season in this place. Another spectacular hiking from Gorakshep to Kalapatthar offers the breathtaking views of Mt. Ama Dablam, Lhotse, Nuptse, Pumori. It is all the way down to Lukla and end the trip.

Detail Itineraries

  • Day 01Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer Hotel (1,350m/4,428ft)High Spirit Treks Representative will welcome and receive you at Tribhuban International Airport, Kathmandu and transfer to the Hotel, overnight accommodation as per booking. In the evening a welcome dinner will be hosted by High Spirit Trek. Overnight in Kathmandu. (1300M)

  • Day 02Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,840 M/9,317ft), 25 minutes and trek to Phakding (2,610 M/8,562ft), 5-6 hrs, (Lodging + B-L-D),We take an early morning flight to Lukla from Kathmandu and a landing on a steep mountain runway brings us to the start of our trek at the village of Lukla [2850m]. After landing we meet supporting crew in Lukla and start trekking from there. , we head up the Dudh Kosi Valley on a well-marked trail and then Overnight stay at lodge in Phakding.
  • Day 03Trek from Phakding to Namche (3,440 M/11,286ft), 6-7 hrs, (Lodging + B-L-D),After a breakfast at Phakding, your trek begins from there toward Namche Bazaar (3440m) which takes about 5-6 hours through Beautiful Khumbu villages. Beyond Monjo is the entrance to the Sagarmatha National Park which was set-up in order to protect and preserve the fragile mountain environment where you get teahouse or lodge accommodation in full board basis. Overnight stay at lodge in Namche.
  • Day 04 Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar: (3,440m/11,284ft)Today is the rest day for so, we can tour Namche Bazaar which is the primary town of the Everest region and has government offices, ATMs, restaurants shops, internet cafes and a colorful market. We can hike-up to Sagarmatha National Park and enjoy the sunrise over the Himalayan. It is an ideal place to spend a day, acclimatizing to the new altitude before heading off towards Syangboche. Overnight stay at lodge in Namche.
  • Day 05Trek from Namche to Tengboche (3,860 M/12,664ft), 5-6 hrs, (Lodging + B-L-D),Today you trek about 5-6 hours from Namche Bazaar to Tyangboche (3850m), we start our trek towards Tengboche enjoying superb view of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam and close up view of Thamserku. Our trek follows on the gradual trail with few ups and downs overlooking magnificent view of the great Himalaya. Overnight stay at lodge in Tengboche.
  • Day 06Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche (4,410 M/14,468ft), 5-6 hrs, (Lodging + B-L-D),From Tengboche you start trek to Dingboche (4350m) which takes about 4-5 hours. We start our trek towards Tengboche enjoying superb view of Mt. Everest, Ama Dablam, Nuptse, and close up view of Lhotse. Our trek follows on the gradual trail with few ups and downs overlooking magnificent view of the great Himalaya. Overnight stay at lodge in Dingboche.
  • Day 07Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche (4,910 M/16,198ft), 5-6 hrs, (Lodging + B-L-D),You begin your trek Dingboche toward Lobuche (5018m) after having breakfast, on the way lunch, which takes about 4-5. At the top of this climb there are many stone cairns, built as memorials to the many Sherpas who have died while climbing Mt Everest. The path then climbs gently along the glacier. Overnight stay at lodge in Lobuche.
  • Day 08 Trek from Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5,140 M/16,863ft) via Everest Base Camp (5,364 M/17,598ft), 6-7 hrs, (Lodging + B-L-D),Today it’s a long and gritty day. We climb through meadows and moraine stones steps to reach Gorak shep, by either climbing to Kala Patthar or continue heading to Everest base camp. From Everest base camp we do not see Mount Everest. However, from Kala Patthar, we get to see the entire south face of Mt. Everest. The Everest Base Camp is stunningly beautiful. We can enjoy amazing views of Nuptse, Khumbuste and Pumori mountains from the base camp. We walk back towards Gorak Shep where we spend the night. Overnight stay at lodge in Gorak Shep.
  • Day 09 Trek from Gorak shep to Lobuche (4,910 M/16,108ft), via Kala Patthar (5,550 M18,208ft/), 5-6 hrs, (Lodging + B-L-D),After early morning Breakfast, we have to climb Kala Patthar at (5545m.) and enjoy a spectacular sunrise views from Kala Patthar you can have a panoramic view of Mt. Everest and many other mountain peaks like Mt. Pumori, , Mt. Khumbetse, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Ama Dablam and many more. Overnight stay at lodge in Lobuche.
  • Day 10Trek from Lobuche to Pheriche (4,240 M/13,910ft), 3-4 hrs, (Lodging + B-L-D),Today is our 10th day of the trek this is our short and easy way to descend early morning start our trek after the breakfast always trek down to pheriche via Thukla with spectacular view of Amadablam and other many peaks around the place. overnight stay in pheriche bank of river.
  • Day 11 Trek from Pheriche to Tengboche (3,860 M/12,664ft), 5-6 hrs, (Lodging + B-L-D),We start our trek after the breakfast from Pheriche at the first we must be trek down and cross the small bridge and descend the Pan Bouche around 2 hour with the Spectacular view of Himalayas. We have to take small rest and have some tea, coffee at panache after the short rest we start our trek down to the river and cross the suspension bridge and we ascend till Tangbuche. While on the way we can explore the different Himalayas shape of the mountain as well as Flora and Fauna. Overnight stay in Tengboche.
  • Day 12Trek from Tengboche to Namche (3,440 M/11,286ft), 5-6 hrs, (Lodging + B-L-D),After early morning breakfast we trek back to Namche about 6 hours from Pheriche and do an overnight at the Namche with full board meals (Breakfast, Lunch and dinner) Overnight stay at lodge in Namche.
  • Day 13Trek from Namche to Lukla (2,840 M/9,317ft), 5-6 hrs, (Lodging + B-L-D),This is our last day in Everest region, after crossing the suspension bridges over the fast flowing Dudh Koshi and its tributaries, the trail becomes more level and natural. We continue to back track our hike towards Lukla along the Dudh Koshi River which is about 7 hours from Namche and do an overnight at Lukla. Overnight stay at lodge in Lukla.
  • Day 14Fly to KathmanduToday you fly from Lukla to Kathmandu same about 35 minute and we transfer to Hotel.
